The National Programme is a Scottish wide initiative which aims to improve mental health and well-being. It aims where possible to emphasise positive mental health, rather than take a more traditional disease, or deficit, approach. The National Programme funds a number of initiatives in Scotland, such as Choose Life. It also supports some of the Centre's projects including these Resources for Positive Psychology.
