Cathy McCormack's views

A fascinating historical insight into the political, religious, middle and working class culture of prejudice and ignorance which plagues our society to this day.

Carol gets right to the roots and asks the question; How can we ever claim to be human, when, either by commission or omission, our most vulnerable fellow citizens are sentenced to a life of misery and ill health and then condemned when they try to escape the insanity of their lived reality through drink, drugs or perceived anti-social behaviour?

I was unprepared for the emotional impact of facing this historical truth. A must read and a real tear jerker!
